We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport.

All packages are shipped USPS

Most orders are processed within 5 - 7 Business Days to process, unless otherwise noted in the product description. We do not process orders on Weekends or National Holidays. 

ALLOW 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS...THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT TAX FEES FROM THEIR COUNTRY. J-Dior Collection is NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!
